EVA

Intelligence that sees the world with you
Software and AI
Research
EVA is a next-generation multimodal AI assistant that combines computer vision, voice interaction, augmented reality, and contextual analysis of the surrounding environment.

About the project

The system uses camera images, speech, data from connected devices, documentation, and available digital information to understand what is happening and help the user in real time.
EVA is being designed to run on smartphones, tablets, personal computers, and compatible wearable devices, including AR displays.
From everyday interaction with technology to professional work with complex equipment, EVA becomes an intelligent interface between people, information, and the world around them.

It doesn’t just answer. It understands context

Artificial intelligence that perceives the world around it
Most digital assistants interact with users mainly through text or voice. They can answer questions but often lack sufficient information about physical objects, the user’s actions, and events taking place around them.
EVA combines multiple sources of information into a single contextual model.
The camera makes it possible to analyze visible objects. The microphone enables natural dialogue. Device data helps take their status into account. Documentation and knowledge bases provide specialized information.
As a result, users will be able not only to ask questions but also to show objects, receive explanations, carry out step-by-step tasks, and interact with digital tools without constantly switching between apps.
Show. Ask. Act.

The availability of offline functions will depend on the device’s specifications and the models used.
Planned capabilities
Operation with local AI models.
Use of stored knowledge bases.
Processing of certain voice and visual requests without internet access.
Synchronization of information when the connection is restored.
Hybrid architecture of local and server-side computing.
Control over data transfer to external infrastructure.

From observation to action

One continuous process of interaction with AI
01
Perception
EVA receives information from the camera, the microphone, and authorized connected sources.
02
Understanding
AI determines what the request is about, analyzes available data, and takes the context of the current task into account.
03
Research
When necessary, the system refers to documentation, local materials, or connected information resources.
04
Recommendation
EVA produces an answer, an explanation, a visual cue, or a sequence of suggested actions.
05
Interaction
The user clarifies the task, continues the dialogue, or confirms execution of an available operation.
06
Continuation
Context is retained within an authorized session, making it possible to continue work without explaining the whole task again.

Help where it is needed

Four areas of application for EVA
01 / 04

Working with equipment

Intelligent technical assistant
Component recognition, technical documentation search, step-by-step maintenance guidance, and help with equipment diagnostics.
EVA makes it possible to get the necessary information right while working, using the camera and voice interface.
02 / 04

Education and training

Interactive learning in a real environment
Contextual explanations, visual instructions, demonstrations of action sequences, and access to learning materials.
The system helps users learn how equipment is built and master the prescribed procedures, taking into account the current stage of training.
03 / 04

Personal AI assistant

A digital helper for everyday tasks
Working with information, documents, images, notes, translations, and personal digital tools.
Voice interaction and computer vision make it possible to turn to the assistant right in the middle of a task.
04 / 04

Professional environment

An AI interface for specialists and organizations
Access to corporate knowledge bases, guidance through regulated procedures, report generation, and integration with authorized information systems.
EVA can be adapted to specialized workflows and organizational requirements.

Capabilities

An assistant that understands your task
Multimodal interaction
Contextual memory
Verifiable recommendations
Form-factor independence
01 / 04
1
Multimodal interaction
Voice, images, text, documentation, and device data come together in a single interface.
Users choose the most convenient way to interact depending on the task at hand.
02 / 04
2
Contextual memory
EVA is designed to retain the permitted context of the dialogue, ongoing tasks, and materials used.
This makes it possible to continue sequential work and receive answers that take previously provided information into account.
03 / 04
3
Verifiable recommendations
When using documentation and external information sources, EVA must provide links to the materials on which an answer is based.
When information is insufficient, the system asks for clarification and indicates the limitations of its conclusions.
04 / 04
4
Form-factor independence
One assistant concept for different devices: smartphones, tablets, computers, and compatible wearable systems.
The interface adapts to the hardware’s capabilities — from text dialogue to voice control and augmented reality.

Open architecture. New capabilities

An intelligent interface for your applications and devices
EVA is being designed as an extensible system capable of interacting with third-party software solutions and compatible hardware.
Software interfaces are planned for integrating external services, corporate systems, and specialized tools.
The architecture may include
APIs for connecting applications and services
Integration of external knowledge bases
Support for various AI models
Connection of compatible devices and sensors
Configurable tools and scenarios
Permission and access management
The option to deploy individual components locally
EVA is meant to evolve not as an isolated application but as an intelligent software layer that can be used in a variety of digital products.

People and technology. A single interface

EVA — an intelligent component of the Darlein Defense ecosystem
EVA is being developed both as a standalone AI product and as the interface between people and Darlein Defense digital systems.
Integration with WARDEN provides for the use of compatible wearable devices, displays, and sensor components.
Interaction with AGATA will provide access to authorized communication tools, map information, and workspaces through a contextual interface.
Integration with ELZA provides for using analytical results and verifiable information materials to expand the assistant’s capabilities.
Together, these areas form a single concept: information, analytics, and interaction with technology become accessible through a natural interface.
